How to prepare for a successful Interactive Event
Locations
Indoors - We will set up three or four tables in a U shape against a wall. We provide our own table clothes for the tables. If your event has tables that would be great. If not, we can bring our own tables.
Outdoors - holding the event outside may be a possibility depending on weather. In warm weather we need a LARGE cool fully shaded area. If temperature is too hot/cold for the animals we may not be able to hold the event outdoors. We must have something towards our back (fence, wall, etc) for an event area. For outdoor programs we have to ensure the animals have a comfortable temperature. We MUST have a close place to park near the presentation area if presentation is outdoors. The animals have specific temperature guidelines to ensure they are comfortable. What is comfortable to us, may not be preferred to them.
*Due to weather restrictions we can not guarantee a program can be held outdoors. Our number one priority is ensuring the animals have a comfortable environment. For outdoors we need:
Comfortable temperature for the animals
Large fully shaded area
Close place to park
**Your Program will assumed to be held indoors unless we are specifically told its outdoors.
Arrival
We will arrive about 20/30 minutes prior to the start time of the event. Having a nearby parking or unloading area to the doors is required for loading. We can move the vehicle after loading if needed.
Start Time
The time we schedule is the start time for the program. We will arrive about 20/30 minutes before the start time to get set up.
